ARTWORK AND CHEQUE PICKUP:
For artists:
If your work sold, you should have received an email from the Grand Bend Art Centre. You can also check your artwork’s status by viewing the online galleries on this website. Unsold artwork and cheques can be picked up at the show’s closing. Beyond October 8, you will have to make arrangements with our curator. Cheques which are not picked up will be mailed. Please check your email spam as well to make sure you are getting our communications.
For patrons who have purchased artwork:
Please have your sales receipt handy when you arrive so we can quickly identify your purchase(s).
Artwork pickup:
We will be able to accommodate artwork and cheque pickup from 5pm to 7:00pm on Sunday, September 25. After that, artists and patrons can pick up their work until October 8 during the museum’s regular opening hours:
Wednesday, 11am-4pm
Thursday, 11am-8:30pm
Friday, 11am-4pm
Saturday, 11am-4pm
Note: After Paint Ontario closes the museum is no longer open on Sundays.
FAQs
Q: Can I have someone else pick up my artwork?
A: Yes, you absolutely can. Maybe give them a note or shoot us an email to let us know. mail@gbartcentre.com
Q: Do I need to schedule a time?
A: No, you do not need to schedule a specific time to pick up your artwork. You do have to come during regular museum hours (see above).
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions?
A: If regarding pickup please call the museum 519 243 2600. If regarding ANYTHING ELSE please contact mail@gbartcentre.com The museum is our venue but the people working there are not a part of Paint Ontario, they are museum employees.
